The Tokyo Libby collection personifies the Harajuku Fashion scene with scaled down looks designed with intricate detail. This sewing kit includes beautiful high-quality fabrics and notions to create a stunning version for your collection!
The dress features a sailor collar and separate tie, princess seams with inserted lace, an inverted pleated skirt, and a fully lined bodice. An invisible zipper closes up the back. It’s accented with a pleated tulle slip peeking out under the dress hemline.

Shipping Details: This item will ship USPS Priority Mail at a rate of $5.25-$6.25 depending on location, unless combined with another Pixie Pack in which case it will vary (depending on weight).
